Without a face in play, she's less likely to be purely physical in her interest. She's choosing based on words and humor and how you engage. Read that specifically and match it back.

A good reply does two things. First, it proves you actually read what she said and aren't just sending the same line to everyone. Pick up on a specific detail or angle she brought up.
